Restorative Mediation

Circle Way dialogue

Our Firekeeper Deck is a step-by-step guide designed to help you either mediate conflicts or conduct dialogue. The cards draw on principles of restorative justice and circle way dialogue.

Circle Way has been used to repair rifts in communities harmed because of colonialism and racism. Restorative mediation has been used to help even victims of grievous crimes find peace.

However, these methods are powerful tools to add to any facilitator’s toolkit – especially when you need to address sensitive topics with empathy, and work towards accountability.
